The Keestrack H6e is versatile, capable of primary, secondary, tertiary, or quaternary crushing, and designed to handle the toughest rock and ore. This 62-tonne crusher features an optional 3-deck after- screen and an integrated metal detector to protect the cone. Its precise sorting and final application sizes make it highly sought after for sites requiring exact final production.

Key features of the Keestrack H6 include a large 282.52 cubic feet hopper, a capacity up to 415 tonnes/hour (458 sT/h), an effective screening area of 87.188² ft on each deck screen, a maximum feed size of 8.46”, and versatile configurations for each crushing chamber.

The H6e model is a full hybrid, equipped with a 345-kW Volvo diesel engine and a connected 500-kVA generator to supply onboard energy. The entire drive unit is removable and can be positioned remotely from the crushing plant, reducing dust and vibration levels and optimizing maintenance and service life. The Keestrack H6e also offers a plug-in power supply from the mains or additional generators as standard, potentially reducing direct energy costs by up to 70 percent.
