The Keestrack H4e cone crusher features an innovative design that integrates three machines into one, enabling it to crush and separate four different fractions simultaneously. This efficiency allows operators to use a single machine instead of three, significantly lowering equipment and maintenance costs. Suitable for primary, secondary, tertiary, or quaternary crushing, it is built to handle the toughest rock and ore. Equipped with a 36” Sandvik hydro-cone, it can process feed sizes up to 7” with a throughput of up to 208 tonnes/hour (229 sT/h).

As the first of its kind, the H4 track-mounted cone crusher includes a hybrid engine with a 345 kW/330 KVA diesel/generator module and a 132-kW electric drive for the crusher and other equipment like conveyors or screeners.
