The Keestrack R6 mobile impact crusher stands unmatched in performance, making it perfect for high- production applications such as primary and secondary crushing, as well as handling highly contaminated materials in concrete and asphalt recycling.

Featuring one of the industry’s largest and most robust rotors, it delivers a high mass moment of inertia, exceptional throughput, and the capability to process the toughest materials. The diesel-electric system ensures efficient operation, allowing the impact crusher to achieve up to 550 TPH. Designed with a leading 4’ x 10’ double-deck prescreen, a swiveling oversize return/stockpile conveyor, and an optional 5’ x 15’ double-deck after screen, the R6 enables operators to produce three fractions in an open circuit and two in a closed-circuit application.

The Keestrack R6 is available with a conventional diesel-hydraulic drive or as the fully hybrid Keestrack R6e, which includes a diesel-electric drive and electric plug-in power supply. This versatility ensures it meets the needs of any operation.
